Start with the exact card route
A US Apple card, a UK Apple card and a Steam e-code are different routes. Match the issuing country, printed currency, card format, face value and receipt conditions before comparing NGN figures. “Highest rate” means little without those details and the quote date.

Other issuing countries are withheld from numeric comparisons until the source currency is verified. An issuer’s redemption rules and a buyer’s resale quote answer different questions.
How much is your gift card in Naira?
Use an exact imported denomination or enter a fresh buyer quote in the calculator. For a clearly hypothetical example, USD 100 × ₦900 NGN per USD 1 gives ₦90,000 NGN before fees. This example explains the arithmetic; ₦900 is not a market quote.
Check the rate, then protect the code
Keep the PIN and original receipt private. An issuer can explain redemption restrictions; a resale buyer sets its own acceptance and pricing terms. A screenshot or “payment sent” message does not establish that money arrived in your bank account.
