GiftCardVibe provides imported gift card resale estimates for people in Nigeria. A record is not an executed transaction, a national market average or a binding offer. No success rate, payment speed or market share is inferred from the table.
What the current source can establish
The legacy import stores a card brand, country key, card format, an amount field named amount_usd, an NGN payout, a unit rate and a source date. The publicly visible snapshot includes different source dates for physical and e-code records. Opening or refreshing a page does not refresh those source dates.
Source limitations
The original quote provider, collection process, receipt condition and precise observation time are not verified for every record. Records are labelled imported estimates. Foreign-country values are withheld from numeric comparisons until their actual currency or documented USD conversion basis is established.
Exact-record calculation
The calculator uses the stored NGN payout for the selected US USD denomination, then multiplies by the number of identical cards. It does not round a unit rate first. It does not substitute another country, format or denomination when a match is absent.
Manual quote calculation
Gross NGN estimate = face value in the card currency × the buyer’s NGN quote per unit. Net estimate = gross estimate − disclosed fees. A quote supplied by the user remains unverified by GiftCardVibe.
Dates and Africa/Lagos
Each record preserves its own source date. Dates use Africa/Lagos (WAT, UTC+1). When the source supplies only a date, no hour or minute is invented. Older data is described as historical reference, not today’s confirmed offer.
Missing data and history
No-receipt prices require their own evidence. Missing e-code records are not copied from physical cards. A single snapshot cannot establish a daily percentage change, a 30-day trend or a claim about the highest rate in Nigeria.

Identify the page URL, exact row, original currency, card format and dated source when reporting a problem through the contact page. Never include a PIN or redemption code. Read the editorial policy.
