| Receipt handling | 15% | Clear policy for physical, e-code, no-receipt, and high-value cards. |
| Complaint risk | 15% | Repeated public complaint themes and unresolved reports. |
Evidence limits
Public evidence can change. A platform that works well for one card type may perform worse for another. Our reviews are guides, not guarantees.

When our own product or related platform is mentioned, we disclose the relationship and still apply the same criteria.
